UI Designer

We're looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic UI Designer to help keep Sprout usable and beautiful.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years experience designing interfaces for web based applications
• Understanding of user-centered design principles & methods
• Experience gathering and analyzing user requirements and translating requirements into site maps, page flows, and wireframes
• Strong wireframing abilities
• Strong understanding of web application design and development processes
• Good sense of design, typography, color, layout
• Able to work well with programmers and marketing team
• Strong Photoshop skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience theming for Drupal CMS

Software Engineer - Experienced in AS3, OO, Event Models, UI

Project Coordinator

We're looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic Project Coordinator to help keep things on track and organized.

The project coordinator will work closely with Sprout's VP of Engineering and Chief Product Officer to:

• Help define feature release roadmap
• Coordinate developers and designers
• Manage day-to-day project details and ensure all project components are completed on time
• Generate reports for executive and sales teams to keep everyone in the loop on development status

The perfect candidate would ideally:

• Be able to explain tech talk to non-techies, as well as talk tech with the development team.
• Be extremely detail oriented
• Love Gantt Charts
• Posess exceptional organizational and planning skills
• Have strong understanding of web application design and development processes
• Have Experience working in an agile development/scrum environment

Sprout Evangelist/Customer Support

We are looking for someone to help us build the Sprout community by taking care of our users, answering questions, keeping them updated on new features, and generally making Sprout a better service for everyone. It is important for us to build a product and service that people want to use.

This individual should have a good background in social media related technology, multimedia content creation, user support, and all things needed to anticipate what users need in terms of information and then deliver it. They will run our user forums, manage all help-related features (FAQs, how-to videos, etc) and of course answer questions sent to support. We are still very much a startup, so everyone does a little of everything.

Production Assistant

Are you creative? Can you build a sprout? Create templates? Touch up our website? Work with clients on advanced Sprout features? We are looking for a production assistant that is not afraid to do it all. From manipulating images to creating how to videos. Flash, Flex, mp4, mp3, png, you name it. Willing to work on any number of projects that pop up and be part of building the next version of Sprout as a flexible flash authoring environment.

This is a job where you are going to be given grunt jobs but also get to work on the most cutting edge projects. Be part of the next generation flash authoring environment. This is a small team so you will be thrown right in and expected to make an immediate contribution. You must be highly motivated, self sufficient and a problem solver.

Head of Development Platform

Sprout is looking for a highly motivated individual to head all aspects of our Sprout platform software development kit and developer community. Responsibilities include:

• Developing a vibrant developer community around the Sprout platform
• Working with third party developers (SDK partners) to ensure their Sprout component efforts are successful
• Identifying and forming relationships with new SDK partners
• Working with our development team to ensure the SDK provides the necessary functionality to facilitate our SDK partners' efforts

Qualified individuals will have web related business development experience and ideally a background in software development. Applicants should be comfortable in a startup environment and thrive on a highly dynamic and rapidly evolving organization. A good understanding of Web 2.0 and social media is required. Experience with our technology stack including Adobe Flex is a plus.
