what type of changes are you making?
my experience is that hitting publish also saves the sprout, but to eliminate something funky, select save and then publish.
Also - if you change the size of the sprout, you have to re-paste the code since the size of the sprout is part of the embed code.
Also - watch out for the size of the text boxes. Your "Get VIP Access" text box looks to go out over the TV store and TV Home icons.
This problem should be fixed now. The publish pop up should now always reflect your updates.
Also, there were some reports of sprouts not reflecting changes on websites they've been posted to. In those cases, we've noticed that it works best if your sprout is contained in standard <HTML> and <body> tags.

I'm having this same problem today - I've hit "Save" and the changes are appearing in the preview, but not when I hit publish.
