Can't launch my sproutbuilder

I'm having problems launching my sproutbuilder

I haven't working on my sprouts for 2 days, and when I vissited it today, I was logged out. I logged in, and try to launch sproutbuilder, but all I get is white pop up that loads for some time, and then stop.

Please go to the bottom of the page and click on support and fill out a ticket with your email address on it so we can look you up in the system.

To check on a specific sprout, we need the builder number (which is at the end of the url address). When you open a project, the builder number will look something like http://greenhouse.sproutbuilder.com/builder/xxxxxx. There will be numbers instead of xxxxxx.

trudy, my problem is that I can't open any project, so I can't give builder number to you. I can't launch sproutbuilder at all

Hey Almir,

Any luck today? Your sprouts are pretty big, content wise. Can you check how much system RAM that Firefox is taking up when you try to open your projects? Also, how much physical RAM does your computer have?

Nope, its same

I dont think it has anything with memory, its same even when I just turn on a computer, and have sprout window opened only. there is lot of memory left then, but it still dosn't let me in.

I dont know have I explained this good. Problem is not in opening some sprout, problem is in opening initial sproutbuiler popu up, one that has default templates on right side, and list of my sprouts on left.

Hey Almir,

Are you still having this problem opening the Builder? You say it's just a white box with a loading that stops after a little bit? That's pretty weird. Do you notice anything else that's weird when trying to open the builder? Anything you can provide for us would help greatly, thanks Almir.

no tom, there is nothing new.

i just dont have anything more to provide you, when I try to launch a sproutbuilder by clicking on link on top right corner, pop up that should let me to choose what sprout to open, or to choose a template to build a new one, loads for some time, and then finish with blank white space.

All right Almir, I'll look into this issue and see if we can get this straightened out. Thanks for being patient Almir. I'm going to try and get this fixed as soon as possible. Can you let me know what your environment information is though? So I can test a few things out as well, thank you again Almir.

I am not sure what environment information means, but if you ask for browser and such, its all as it is recommanded by sprout. I updated once when I had some other problems

Hey Almir,

I still need to know what browser you are using and what version as well as your OS. I understand they're recommended, but for a little reference as to what we're dealing with (And for testing purposes) we need to be able to try and reproduce the error. Thanks for sticking through Almir, we're working on fixing the issue as hard as possible.

Hey Almir,

Thanks again for pushing the limits of sprout, we've fixed a bug that was preventing you access your sprouts, so you should be able to open the "new/open" pop up box again.

Keep up the great work and keep sprouting :)
