What is my sprout URL ? Problem with swf file!

I have designed a sprout and I would like to add it to some widget directories like google.
However, ie. Google is asking me for my widget url. How do I get it ? I have used some links that I got when using the sprout designer. One of them was a link to the swf file if that is the link I have to use then after adding to google gadgets I get this massage:

Error parsing module spec:
Not a properly formatted file
missing xml header

Also I get this:
This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.

Any advice ?

Hi Martin,

When you click the 'Publish' button after you are ready to publish your sprout, you should be given a whole option of websites where you can post your widget. Was this not the case? In order to add your widget to google, make sure that you are logged on first.

Hello Martin,

While we provide a "quick-post" button to post to iGoogle, it sounds like you want to create a "Google Gadget" Yes, you can do that as well. When you click publish, there will be a link near the bottom of the publish pop up box, "Show in Google Gadget Editor," where you can see the XML code or URL needed to create a Google Gadget. Either copy the XML or on that pagge that displays the Google Gadget XML, there is a link that looks like a random string of characters, for example "ZAAZjHsNBwvsmna1.gadget.xml?_ts=1214332204" right click that link and "copy the link location" then use that URL to add a Google Gadget by URL.
