Interesting way to use sprout Hank. So you use this for your myspace page? I'm sure alot of people would find this interesting with it being interactive and all. The only thing I don't like is how there is so much that has nothing to do with you or what you do. For example, the Family Guy episode and the arcade. They are fun additions but people go to your myspace to know more about you. Also, possibly keep the music on the foreground and make room for it? That way the music doesn't have to keep constantly changing per page. Just a few suggestions, but nonetheless good job on your sprout!

Thanks Jon,

I sould clarify that "The Lounge" is not a real place. It's just to make my profile more interesting to visit.

I think I will use the foreground/background features. There is quite a bit of info about me in there. As for the rest of it, well... it's supposed to be for fun. I'm really just playing with a new found toy right now.

I think it's going to be the next big thing.

Hank,

Looks good, great idea to use it for your myspace page. As a fellow DJ, I need to spruce up my myspace. Would you be willing to share your myspace code? I know enough about CSS to modify prebuilt codes, but not enough to make it myself. Also, if you could detail on what section you put each in i would greatly appreciate it! Please email it too me at jeff@iowadj.com!

Here's a "virtual dj tour" that i created in case you're interested.

Hank that rocks. I have been toying with the idea of using Sprout for my myspace page also.

A few things:

How did you get the games in? Just import the .swf from the embed code of the games?

Also, there is a glitch with the space invaders game with the audio not stopping when you toggle to another page.

I will surely be checking out your recipes! Good stuff!

Thanks Adam.

It was tricky getting the games to work. I added a link to the actual "swf" source. However, most games need a container. which means that they will fill your entire Sprout unless you create four blocks to mask the outer edges. (I hope a small html box will be available soon)

The audio glitch is weird, which is why in the instructions, I added that the games must be quit before navigating out. If I navigate away from a streaming video, the video stops. I'm not sure why the flash files react differently.
